### TERMS & CONDITIONS

This offer is valid for stays between October 4 and December 22, 2026, for a minimum of two nights , subject to availability.

Payment Policy: Full prepayment of the stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the card provided. Failure to pay for the reservation on time will result in its cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable. For date changes, these are only possible up to 14 days before the arrival date without additional charges.

Age Policy: The hotel's spa and swimming pool are for guests aged 16 and over.

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or special conditions in force.
